Reason for Wadiz Funding
The three role-play sets, excluding the pot set, are unreleased products, and launching them all at once is difficult due to production costs.
Therefore, we aim to produce these products through funding.
(Except for the barbecue play set, the others are certified, and the barbecue play set will also be certified before launch.)
Plan for Use of Funds
The funds will be used for production and marketing costs of each product.
Shipping Information
- Basic shipping fee: 3,000 KRW
- Exchange/return round-trip: 8,000 KRW (one-way: 4,000 KRW)
- Jeju and mountainous areas: +3,000 KRW
[Cases Where Exchange or Refund Is Difficult]
If there are signs of use after opening, exchange or refund is difficult.
(According to Article 17, Paragraph 1 of the Electronic Commerce Act, if the packaging is opened or damaged and the product value is lost, exchange/return is not possible. Especially since these are children's products, returns are strictly checked.)
[Cases Where Exchange or Refund Is Possible]
Refunds are possible for defective products or simple change of mind.
However, this is only possible if there are no signs of opening.
If a malicious review is posted that could intentionally harm the brand, we will guide you to a refund.
We have no intention of selling products that do not satisfy our customers.
In such cases, we provide refunds as an exception.
