I am Yoojin Kang, the CEO of IQ Box.

With the mission of gifting 'memories of happiness' through cultural and emotional play experiences, we have been introducing European products, including Playmobil, to Korea for over 30 years.

Following the popularity of the Starbucks promotion, Playmobil has launched collaborative products with various brands such as Korean Air, LG Electronics, Lotte Chilsung, Emart, Orthomol, BMW, and MINI.

As we release collaborative products with various brands, not only children but also adults are resonating with the detail and emotion of Playmobil.

The ESA Space Series has returned after two years.

Unlike the more common NASA collaborations, the ESA (European Space Agency) collaboration products are rare and therefore even more special.

Shipments are made only on business days from Monday to Friday.

Rewards can be shipped to island and mountain regions, and there is no additional shipping fee for these areas.

*No shipments on public holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

[Cases Where Exchange or Refund Is Not Possible]

- Minor printing errors, smudges, scratches, blurring, mold lines, or sticker lifting that occur during mass production are not considered defects and are not eligible for free exchange or refund.

- In accordance with European environmental regulations, Playmobil is reducing plastic packaging. Scratches, stains, or contamination due to the nature of the internal packaging are not considered defects.

- If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to use or consumption by the customer.

- If the value of the product has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult.

- Slight looseness or stiffness in the joints or parts, even if they are assembled or fixed.

- Gate lines or marks from the injection mold.

[Cases Where Exchange or Refund Is Possible]

- Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. However, if the packaging has been opened or damaged and the product value is lost, exchange/return is not possible.

- If the product or service received is different from what was indicated or advertised, within 3 months from the date of receipt or within 30 days from the date the issue was discovered.

Reward A/S Policy

- For returns or refunds due to a simple change of mind, individual contact may be made to charge round-trip shipping fees. (Shipping fees may vary depending on the size of the reward.)

- The product warranty period is 6 months.

- A/S may be partially restricted for the following reasons.

1) Loss or damage caused by consumer negligence.

2) When repair or replacement with finished products or parts is not possible.

3) When parts cannot be supplied due to product discontinuation.
