Here is the background of why I prepared this project.
Problems encountered in clinical practice: While working as a physical therapist for 10 years, I have witnessed many unfortunate situations where people visit hospitals due to ankle and calf injuries caused by improper stretching methods, lack of stretching, or the use of unverified equipment.

My first project has this story.
I personally worked hard to create the result. I sourced plywood and lumber, received help from my father in the countryside to cut them, fastened screws with a power drill, applied glue to attach materials, and drilled holes, putting great care into making the rough prototype version 1. Based on version 1, I visited a woodworking shop to produce version 2, then applied it to rehabilitation protocols for patients at the hospital where I worked to test its actual functionality. I also visited a badminton club and a boxing gym to conduct product demonstrations and surveys myself. Afterward, the final product, version 3, 'Sizel Calf,' was created.

How to use
1. Step onto the Sizzle Calf and place your heels on the heel support.
(The Sizzle Calf is designed to be used while wearing sneakers, indoor shoes, or similar footwear.)
2. Place the ball of one foot on the main support. Make sure to step with the end of your sole, not just your toes.
3. Lean your upper body forward to apply more weight and increase the stretching effect.
4. Use the auxiliary support to find the intensity level (height, position) that feels like a 6 or 7 out of 10.
5. For each foot, stretch at an intensity of 6 to 7 out of 10 for 10 to 20 seconds, alternating for 5 repetitions each.
6. You can adjust the stretching intensity by changing the position of your foot (the closer to the edge, the stronger the stretch), shifting your weight forward, or using the auxiliary support.
7. If your ankles or calves are stiff, you may tend to push your hips forward (sticking out your belly), which can cause lower back pain. Do not push your hips forward; instead, lower the intensity and stretch gently.
