The background for preparing this project is,
I really love eating.
The time spent enjoying delicious food is happiness for me and a small pleasure in my daily life.
However, as I got older, things were not the same as before.
In the past, my body could be maintained with just a little effort, but at some point, even with the same lifestyle, it didn't change easily, and after meals, I felt heavy or found it increasingly difficult to manage.
During that time, I realized that my family and people around me had similar concerns.
My father has been exercising regularly, but he said it is not as easy to manage as it used to be.
It was the same for my acquaintances.
Some people, lacking time to exercise, were taking various health supplements together.
Others wanted to manage their eating habits but said it was difficult to practice consistently due to their busy daily lives.
In that process, I discovered one thing in common.
Many people want a healthy lifestyle, but rather than complicated and burdensome methods, they want ways they can practice consistently.
So I thought.
'Isn't there a habit that can be continued in daily life a little more easily and with less burden?'
Paradise Grain Alpha Formula started that way.
Instead of extreme methods, I focused on consistency, and instead of temporary changes, I prepared with sustainable habits in mind.
I hope this product will be a small help in the daily lives of myself, my family, and those who share the same concerns.
This project we are presenting has such a story.
Many people found it difficult to take various products separately or maintain complicated routines.
I, too, have experienced the same concerns from the consumer's perspective.
I personally participated in the ingredient formulation process to create the product I truly wanted.
Reflecting the needs of my family, acquaintances, and myself, I reviewed and combined ingredients to complete the ParadiseGrain Alpha Formula.
