AI automated purchasing agency,
AI automated monetization.

You see it everywhere these days.

But if everyone sells products in the same way,

Who can actually make money?

Rather, now is the time forcraftsmanship to be needed.

Focus on one product,

think about what inconveniences people have,
and create a product thatsolves that problem better than anyone else. You need to make such a product.

A popular local restaurant has lines even without advertising.

In 2018,
when Bitcoin rose to 25 million won,
I put my entire fortune of 30 million won into Bitcoin,
and there was a time when it crashed down to 3 million won.

There was only 5 million won left in my bank account.
Looking back now, it was truly reckless.

At that time, Ihad no business experience,
no eye for products,
and absolutely no knowledge about imports.

All I had was the thought that I had to try something.

It looked fascinating to create various shapes with small magnets.

This productI didn't even consider how much it cost to make or whether it would sell well, without thinking about any of these things,

just with the feeling that "people would like it"
I recklessly decided to try selling it.

But at that time,

I didn't even know how to import products.
I didn't know how to deal directly with Chinese factories,
and I didn't even know what KC certification was.

So at first, I started by receiving small quantities of products through a daigou and selling them.

I still vividly remember the feeling of that first order.
I packed everything myself,
Sold directly,
Answered customer inquiries myself.

Neocube was
the first product through which I learned about 'market response.'

At that time, those numbers were unimaginable to me.

It was also when I first learned about the realities of business.
Neocube was actually a product that anyone could easily replicate, it was.

Looking back now,

I was really selling in a very inefficient way.

Then, at some point,
the number of sellers started to increase one by one,
and soon surpassed 100.

Neocube was the first time I experienced the response of the "market" through it.
Electrolyzed water generator was the first product through which I learned about"business." It was.

I thought this product was at least as good.

It was a product that generated hypochlorous acid water through electrolysis by simply adding tap water.

I was truly amazed when I used it myself.
When I cleaned with regular tap water,
The difference in results was clear when cleaning with the generated hypochlorous acid water.

I even purchased a bacteria measuring device myself.

At the time, it was equipment that cost about 2 million won.
The area cleaned with the generated hypochlorous acid water,
No matter how many times I measured, the bacteria count was always zero.

So for customers who wanted it,I even lent the bacteria measuring device for free.

That’s how confident I was in the product.

At first, I really started on a small scale.

I was happy when a few orders came in each day,

Packing the parcels myself,
And seeing the product I chose actually being sold,
It was a time when I was amazed by it all.

I didn’t even know how to spend much on advertising,
Nor did I know how to increase sales.

Just a single conviction about the product. With that alone,I continued to make sales little by little.

And before long,
The COVID-19 pandemic broke out.

The situation changed in an instant.
Interest in electrolyzed water generators began to skyrocket,
and the number of orders started to increase beyond what I could handle.

I'm not sure why that was,

but looking back now, it might have been connected to business intuition.

At the time, there was a severe shortage of stock.

We kept running out of stock, and the production speed couldn't keep up with the order rate.

The anxiety I felt at that time was overwhelming.

There were just as many backlogged orders.
As orders exploded due to COVID-19,there were also many customers waiting.

During that time, I had about 10,000 pre-ordered units,
and I began shipping them out frantically.

At first, I thought it was just a few cases.
But as time went on, defect inquiries started coming in to the point where operations were paralyzed.
In the end, what was shippedOut of 10,000 units,A staggering 5,000 units were leaking water,Defective. That was the reality.

And it happened in just a few days.

What was even scarier was that the defect rate kept appearing.

"Just how many of these are defective..."

The pressure I felt at that time is still hard to forget.

Until then, the product was selling so well that we couldn't keep up with demand,
But sales stopped in an instant,
And the words of gratitude from customers quickly turned into complaints.

I believed I had to become an expert on the product before selling it,
And I was confident that my product was harmless to the human body,
But the market sentiment was different.

Everything collapsed far too quickly.

Through the experience with the electrolyzed water generator,There is one thing I learned.

Simply finding a product that sells well
Is not enough to survive for long.

After that, I thought,Let's create a brand, and decided,
to choose an air fryer as the first product.

At that time, the air fryer market
was already completely saturated due to the COVID-19 boom.

Countless products were flooding the market,
and prices were steadily dropping.

Most product prices
were naturally in the range of 70,000 to the low 100,000 won.

There were already many products from well-known brands in the market,
and for a latecomer to enter, the general sentiment was that it was too late.

How was this possible?

Most brands were focusing on competition in capacity, features, and price.
However, I started to look at things from a slightly different perspective.

If you think about it,the main customer base for air fryers was mostly housewives, and,

not just for simply reheating food,
To make children's snacks a little healthier.
Many people purchased it for this reason.

And this direction
Eventually proved itself through results.

A series of sold-out records.
Top rankings in shopping searches.

Pre-orders kept selling out, and the product began to spread by word of mouth.
Later, searching for air fryer would always show it at the top.

The beauty market was much bigger than expected,
And it was a market where brand power was strong.

During this time, I came across a product that almost monopolized the beauty device market.
I saw one such product.

A high price of around 1.5 million won,
And after using a certain number of shots,
You had to keep replacing and purchasing cartridges.

I wanted to focus on changing this aspect. And I started preparing a product with specifications rarely seen in the existing market.
I began preparing the product.

Of course, it was not an easy process.
The manufacturing and development process also took a long time.
We had to repeat countless revisions and tests.

At times, I practically lived in the factory for several months.

But I was confident.
I believed that people do not simply want expensive products,
but rather want a structure they can understand.

Now, online,
there is truly a vast amount of information.

AI automation programs,

luxury automation agencies... and more.

Now is the time when craftsmanship is needed.

When you focus on one truly well-made product!

And all of these processes
were not things you could learn from a few YouTube lectures.

I failed,
I suffered losses,
and I learned by diving in headfirst myself.

This projectis not just a simple marketing course.

It is the process and standards of product businessthat I have built up over years of direct experience.
And it is a record of trial and error.

To be honest,
Revealing all the stories from the very beginning of the business,
is not an easy thing for me.

The failures, losses, anxieties, and mistakes I experienced while running the business,
were things I didn't even share in detail with close acquaintances.

Some moments are still difficult to recall even now.

Business is,
much lonelier, more overwhelming, and more anxious than you might think.

Especially when you first start,

you don't know what you should do,
you don't know who to ask,
and you have to learn everything by facing it yourself.

I was the same.

But if the mistakes and experiences I went through first,
can be even a small hint to someone,

that person might,
save tens of millions of won in trial and error costs, and I thought, that it could make a difference.

So this project is

Simply about "how to source products"It is not a project like "how to market products."

It is a record of the processes and standards I learned through direct experience,
And it contains exactly how I view the market.

And if there is anyone who resonates with this direction and wants to join me,

I want to share my experiences and know-how as honestly as possible.

There are truly countless factories and suppliers on Alibaba.

But when you actually start a business,
❌ What is more important than "Where should I buy from?"
✅ Is "Which factory should I contact?"

You come to realize this.

In this project,I will not only explain how to find products using Alibaba,
But also share the methods I used during actual transactions.

One of the most difficult things when I first started with Alibaba was

"Is this really a manufacturing factory?"

That was the question.

Just because it's Alibaba does not mean there are only manufacturing factories.

Many people think that if a company is registered on Alibaba,
I think they are all manufacturing factories.
But in reality, that is never the case.

Many companies just register a single office and connect you to the actual manufacturer with a single phone.
There are so many companies that only take the middle margin.

The problem isthese companies look extremely professional and just like real factories.

When searching on Alibaba, you will find an incredible number of products.

The designs look good, and the prices are cheap.

At first, I also thought, "If I bring this in, it will sell well."

But in reality, business is much harsher than you think.

Simply importing products that are already on the market
makes it very difficult to survive for long.

Because any product that looks good can be copied by anyone,
or even made to look better.

Eventually, as time passes, the market becomes flooded with similar products.
And in the end, only price competition remains.

You must first think, "Why do people need my product?"

The air fryer I sold was the same.

I kept analyzing what people wanted.

And as a result, even though we sold at a price much higher than the market price at the time,
We achieved nearly 4 billion KRW in sales over the course of a year.

When I first started the business,
I also thought that exclusivity was something only big companies could achieve.

In fact, most factories say this when you bring up exclusivity.

"You need to order at least 10,000 units to get exclusivity."

However, in reality, for someone just starting a business,
There are financial issues, and handling such a large quantity right away is truly risky.

Especially when the market has not yet been validated, signing a contract for a large quantity without caution,
Is something beginners should be especially careful about.

I also experienced the fear of bulk orders during the electrolyzed water generator project.
I personally experienced the dangers of placing large orders.

But I have never once thought of myself as a "business genius."
On the contrary, I kept failing, losing money, and learning through constant challenges.

Going forward, my goal is to build Thermacera into a company that can compete in the global market,
Rather than just a company that sells a few products.

This project was also created as part of that journey.

You have probably seen countless e-books and lectures until now.

Some charge hundreds of thousands of won just to send a PDF file, or offer consulting with no substance,
And there are many cases where commonly available information is simply repackaged to look impressive.

I do not intend to create this project in that way.

If I am going to start, I will make it in a way that is truly helpful in reality.

Various trials and errors, and methods of success that I could not write here.
I will share the knowledge I have accumulated through my own experiences,
and help with everything from product direction, sourcing, detail pages, to launching on Wadiz.
I plan to assist with all of these.

And as someone who personally achieved the first and second highest records in the Wadiz beauty category,

I am not just selling products,
but will also share my experiences on how to be remembered in the market.

I think the amount of 9.9 million won may feel expensive to some people, but that is my honest thought.

However, unlike typical lectures or e-books about marketing methods,

I am offering safer and more successful methods based on the experience and know-how I have gained by handling numerous products myself.
Please understand that I am sharing ways to achieve greater success.

As for detail page consulting,
I will work together with the detail page planners and designers I have actually collaborated with,

to help you create higher quality detail pages,
at a lower price than the market rate, for a lifetime.

It is not just about design,

but also about why people decide to make a purchase.

Why do some products become hits

and why do some products go unnoticed

I will give you direct feedback.

There is no single answer in business.

But one thing is clear,

The experience someone gains by taking the first step and learning from it
can be much more valuable than you might think.

And if the person sharing that experience
does so as honestly and realistically as I do,
that value will become even greater.

This project
is not just for those who want to earn one million won a month as a side job.

Someday, for those who have wanted to create their own brand,
not just as a simple seller, but for those who truly want to create their own products and brand,
for those who want to become experts in the products they sell,
Through the failures and experiences I encountered first,For those who want to reduce time and risk, This is for you.
This is a project.

I also invested a lot of time and money while going through countless trials and errors.

Perhaps through this project, you could save several years,

One wrong factory,
One wrong order,
One wrong direction can cause
Losses of tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of dollars, which I believe can be reduced.

So if
There are people who empathize with my direction and want to learn,

I will share everything I learned through my own experiences,
As openly as possible, and even more than that, I will do my best to let you know.

Hello, Wadiz supporters.
