I always had a small inconvenience that followed me. The damp moisture lingering at my fingertips every time I grabbed the mouse, causing the pointer to slip... I would unconsciously rub my hands on my pants or habitually reach for tissues.

Then one day, a breeze from a distant fan happened to brush over the back of my hand. Instantly, my hand felt cool and the mouse moved much more smoothly."Could I bring this little breeze right next to my mouse?"

I tried bringing small fans from the market onto my desk. But the wind was too high to reach my hand, it was hard to adjust the angle, and they would easily tip over with the slightest touch. Most of all, what I wanted was not a strong and noisy wind, but a “gentle breeze” that would wrap around my hand.

So I decided to make it myself. The first design I imagined was a rounded shape with no corners. However, the more I focused on the appearance, the more wasted space there was inside, and I realized that having to make custom parts made it less practical.

I revised and corrected the 3D design countless times, shifting toward a “practical design.” I repeatedly made prototypes with 3D printing and tried various parts until I found the optimal low-noise fan.

And finally, with the wisdom of our ancestors,“Traditional window lattice” I was inspired by the patterns to create a beautiful and efficient air intake. Not only is it visually appealing, but it is also a structure that anyone can intuitively and easily use out of curiosity.

FAQ

1) Do you really need a fan in winter?

Yes.Hand sweat occurs regardless of the season.
In winter, heating makes your hands warm easily, and fine moisture accumulates.
WaflAir is designed to control hand sweat all year round.

2) How is it different from a regular fan?

A regular fan creates a wide, dispersed airflow,
while WaflAir uses Slice Air technology
A layer of wind flows directly through the gap between the hand and the mouse. This creates the effect.
Therefore, hand sweat evaporates much faster.

3)How loud is the noise?

Noise 25dB / Mode (5,800rpm) standard
Equivalent to a whisper in a library. It is a low-frequency stable sound.
It is designed to prevent fatigue even after long periods of use.

4)Does it generate heat?

Because it uses a DC 5V low-power structure,There is almost no heat generation.
It does not get warm even if left on for a long time.

5)Does it consume a lot of electricity?

No, it does not.
10 hours a day x one month → about 80 KRW
Even after one year of use, it is an ultra-low power device costing less than 1,000 KRW.

6)Why is there no battery?

For users with sweaty hands,
we highly recommend **opposite placement (both sides)**.
The speed of moisture removal between the palm and mouse is more than twice as fast.

10)Is it compatible with vertical mice?

Yes.
WaflAir can be adjusted in height from the default 19mm air outlet position
up to a maximum of 29mm, making it suitable for vertical (upright) mice as well.
There is no problem with vertical (upright) mice.

11)Is the airflow too strong or too weak?

With 6-level PWM precision control,
you can adjust it according to your sweat pattern, season, and room temperature. To fit your needs
