▶ What is the reason for this project and how will the funds be used?

Mule sneakers are a must-have item for summer, and they have become even more attractive through a collaboration with the Italian luxury designer brand Joshua Sanders. While searching various platforms to introduce the comfort and style of these beautiful and easy-to-wear mules to our supporters,I discovered Wadiz's unique character and started our first pre-order in May 2023.

Through two subsequent projects, I learned what products supporters want and like, as well as what needs to be improved,and I became completely immersed in the joy of communicating as if creating products together with our supporters.

This [Mule Sneakers] reward has been prepared with a special price benefit available only on Wadiz and there are still products in the planning stage. We are preparing step by step with excitement to introduce great products to our supporters, so when the next project is ready, we will reach out again.

Also, a portion of the funds raised from this projectwill be used for research and development costs for new products scheduled to launch this fall, as well as for developing better products, and will also be carefully used for marketing expenses to expand into overseas markets.

Q2. How should I choose the shoe size?
Please select the same size as your usual sneakers. The reward is made to fit the average size of Koreans. Please note that the fit may vary for each supporter.

Q3. Can I exchange if the size does not fit?
Yes, exchanges are possible. After the reward is shipped, we will provide instructions on how to exchange through announcements. (Exchange fee: 6,000 KRW)

Q4. What is the difference between regular online shopping and Wadiz pre-order?
The mule sneakers reward is offered at a special price only on Wadiz and is not available on other shopping sites!

Q5. Can I exchange, refund, or get after-sales service after the pre-order ends?

Yes, it is possible. Since the pre-order project is subject to the Electronic Commerce Act,
- Change of mind by the supporter, not a product defect: You can apply within 7 days from the date you receive the reward.
- Reward with defects or different from the description or advertisement: You can apply within 3 months from the date you receive the reward or within 30 days from the date you become aware of the issue.
