※ However, even if the cancellation request is made before Thursday, July 30, 2026, cancellation/refund is only possible up to 8 days before the check-in date. From 7 days before the check-in date to the day of check-in, cancellation/refund requests are non-refundable (100% penalty).

• Change policy: Changes to check-in date & other details (such as guest name) can be made once each up to 8 days before the check-in date.
