Yellow Dream, which maximizes sweetness, is a variety that combines the advantages of nectarines and fuzzy peaches.
As its name suggests, it means a sweet dream.
It is famous for its unique mild tartness, sweet taste, and rich flavor.
Yellow Dream's acidity content is only 0.25%, which is about one-third that of regular nectarines, making it less acidic,
and it is characterized by a high sugar content of over 17 Brix.
It can be eaten without peeling,
there are no allergy concerns,
and there is no waste left after eating. A variety with 3 'No's is another name it is called by.
The largest peach-producing region in Korea
is Gyeongsan, Gyeongsangbuk-do.

Storage Method
When refrigerating, wrap in newspaper or kitchen towel and store in an airtight container.
When eating, we recommend taking it out at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour beforehand.
You can experience the original sweetness only after removing the chill.
The longer it is refrigerated, the more the sweetness and aroma decrease, so we recommend consuming it as soon as possible.
