Pre-order Return and A/S Information
What is the exchange/refund policy for Funding?
Until Reward shipping information is registered is Supporters can individually cancel from the payment history in My Wadiz. Exchanges and refunds are possible for initial defects or change of mind within 30 days after receiving the Reward. In addition, if you cancel due to a change of mind or request a refund after the pre-order ends, round-trip shipping costs may be incurred.
What are the A/S policies?
1. The A/S period is 3 months after receipt, and regardless of the period, A/S due to supporter negligence will be charged.
2. Please make sure to submit A/S requests to hidenjh2525@nate.com.
3. A/S service is provided via courier, and will be processed after depositing a round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW to the designated account.
