Exchange/Refund Policy
- Minor scratches may occur during the harvesting, packaging, and shipping process of the reward, and these do not constitute a defect.
- Slight softness or marks may not be considered defects depending on the degree.
- Due to the nature of fresh produce, issues related to personal taste, the size of the reward (except when it is significantly smaller than described), or matters previously announced do not constitute defects.
- If the condition of the fruit is not good due to impact during delivery after receipt, please take a photo immediately and contact the Maker within 24 hours through the inquiry option. (Photos of the entire product, the problematic area, and the invoice if necessary)
- If you inquire after 24 hours, exchanges or refunds may be difficult, so please check immediately upon receipt and contact us with photos!
- Supporters can request a refund by canceling the payment after the final payment date and before the maker registers the Reward shipping information. Refunds can also be requested within 7 days from the Reward delivery completion date (or within a reasonable period determined by the type of sale and delivery method if the delivery completion date cannot be confirmed). However, if the Reward is an intangible good or service, refunds can be requested according to the Electronic Commerce Act and other relevant laws, as well as the refund and exchange policy set by the maker.
