LUMI YEON
The name comes from the Latin word "Lumi," meaning light, and the Korean word "Yeon" (緣·連), meaning connection or bond. It carries the meaning of connecting body and mind comfortably through light.

Product Wear and Care Precautions
Lumiyeon's knot bracelets are delicate handcrafted products made with pure cotton dyed thread.
To maintain the original beautiful shape and color for a long time, please be sure to check the care instructions below.
1. Washing and Moisture Exposure Caution
To maintain a consistent fit and size, it is strongly recommended to temporarily remove the product during showering, bathing, or intense exercise Please do.
Exposure to moisture may reduce the natural sheen of the thread or cause it to shrink or stretch.
If it gets wet, gently press with a dry towel to remove moisture,and let it air dry in a cool, shaded place please.
2. Discoloration and Contamination Prevention
If perfume, body lotion, or sunscreen comes into direct contact with the thread, it may cause discoloration or staining.Wear after cosmetics are fully absorbed please.
The color of the thread may differ slightly between the photo and the actual product due to light reflection and dyeing differences.
3. Friction and Unraveling Caution
Continuous friction, such as frequent opening and closing Contact with rough knits, Velcro, or similar materials may cause pilling on the threads. This is a natural occurrence due to the product's characteristics, so please be careful when wearing..
The ends of the knots are securely fixed with finishing glue to prevent unraveling.During this process, slight glue marks may remain, which is a natural result of the handmade production process.
Please be especially careful not to forcibly pull the knot or let it get caught on sharp objects such as knives or scissors.
Refund Policy
1. No refunds for change of mind after the pre-order ends.
This Reward is a handmade product that is individually produced after the pre-order ends, based on your color therapy diagnosis results and the knot option (swivel/flat knot) you selected.
According to Article 24 of the Enforcement Decree of the Electronic Commerce Act (goods individually produced according to the consumer's order) and the Wadiz Terms and Conditions, cancellations, returns, and refunds due to a simple change of mind are strictly not allowed after the pre-order ends.
Participation in the pre-order is considered as agreement to this notice, so please participate carefully.
2. Exchange/Refund Policy for Reward Defects or Wrong Delivery
If the Reward has a clear defect or a product different from the ordered option is delivered, we will promptly exchange it for a new product or provide a refund in accordance with Wadiz policy.
Application period: You must submit your request through Wadiz 'Contact the Maker' within 7 days of receiving the Reward.
Shipping cost responsibility: The maker will cover all round-trip courier costs for product defects or wrong delivery.
3. Handmade and cotton yarn characteristics not recognized as defects (reasons for non-exchange/refund)
The following items are natural occurrences due to the use of natural cotton yarn and the handmade production process, and are not considered product defects, so exchanges and refunds are not possible.
Bond finishing marks at the end of the knot: Due to the handmade nature of the knots, a transparent craft bond is firmly applied during the final process to perfectly prevent the threads from unraveling. Minor bond marks or a slightly hard texture at the finishing area are normal traces that occur during the manual process and are not defects.
Minor discrepancies: Since the knots are tied by hand, there may be slight size discrepancies of about 1–2 cm in total length or minor differences in the knot shape.
Monitor resolution differences: Due to differences in your monitor/screen resolution, the actual color mood of the thread may appear slightly different from what is shown on the screen. This is not considered a defect.
Material changes after wearing: Due to the soft feel of natural cotton yarn, pilling, loosening (stretching), shrinking (contracting), and color fading that occur depending on the wearing environment are natural properties of the material. In particular, if you do not follow the guideline of [air drying in a cool shade when wet] and expose the product to sunlight (direct sunlight) or dry it with a hair dryer, any deformation or shrinkage that occurs will not be grounds for exchange or refund.
4. A/S Information
Initial defect (within 7 days of receipt): Free exchange will be provided at the maker's expense.
Repairs after 7 days: Regardless of the period of use, at any time, repairs (A/S) are available. For repairs, the round-trip courier fee of 6,000 KRW must be paid by the supporter, and the service will be processed as a paid repair. (Including damage caused by the supporter)
