A/S Repair Request Guide

1. Submit a repair request post on the Q/A board.

(When submitting, you must include the product name, color, and a detailed description of the damaged part.)

2. Contact the A/S customer center.

(Tel. 053-253-4222 / Consultation hours: 10:00 AM ~ 06:00 PM)

3. A/S Repair Procedure

After your request is received, send the item to the A/S repair center → The repair manager will check the product and provide an estimate.→ After payment is completed, the repair will proceed (repair takes 2~3 days) → The item will be shipped after repair is complete.

- When sending the item for repair, you must include the applicant's name, contact information, and address.

- The repair estimate can be accurately provided only after the manager checks the actual item.

- Requests for individual parts/components shipment are not possible.

- The shipping cost for sending the product must be covered by the customer.

Exchange and Return Information

Cases Eligible for Exchange and Return

- Within 7 days from the date you received the product.

However, if the packaging has been opened or damaged and the product value is lost, exchange/return is not possible.

- If the product or service you received is different from what was indicated or advertised, or was delivered incorrectly,

Within 3 months from the date of receipt, or within 30 days from the date you became aware of the issue.

Cases Not Eligible for Exchange and Return

- If the product is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer.

However, this does not apply if the packaging was damaged to check the contents of the product.

- If the packaging has been opened or damaged and the product value is lost.

- If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the customer.

However, this applies only if a sample product was provided for cosmetics, etc.

- If the value of the product has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult.

- If the packaging of a product that can be duplicated has been damaged.
