Sink Coat was designed to structurally solve the problem of water splashing during dishwashing, not just as a simple fix. After numerous design revisions and real-world tests, we enhanced its functional completeness, and now we are ready to present the results to the world.

| Exchange, Refund, and A/S Policy

■ Exchange/Return and Submission

- Exchange and return are possible within 7 days after receiving the Reward.

- For exchanges and returns due to product defects, initial faults, or wrong delivery, the Maker will cover the shipping cost.

- In case of returns due to a simple change of mind, the return shipping fee of 5,500 KRW is the responsibility of the supporter.

- For exchange or refund requests, please contact the Wadiz Maker through the 1:1 message (Contact Maker).

■ Cases Where Exchange or Return Is Not Possible

- If the return request period has expired.

- If the product has been used or shows signs of use.

- If the product or its components are damaged or lost.

 - If the packaging box, protective materials, or components are damaged or missing, making resale difficult.

- If damage or deformation occurs due to customer negligence.

- If the product has been arbitrarily disassembled, modified, or repaired.

- Damage caused by external impact, dropping, or careless use.

■ Product Characteristics Notice

- Due to the high-gloss material of this product, fine scratches may occur during the manufacturing and assembly process. This is within the normal range and is not a reason for exchange or refund.

- The gap in the center of the product is a structural space for the proper operation of the one-touch push button. Also, due to the nature of the spring structure, the gap width may not be uniform. This is within the normal range and is not considered a defect or a reason for exchange or refund.

- Please make sure to check the sink bowl specifications and installation type before purchase. Installation may be difficult depending on the sink bowl structure, and incompatibility due to unconfirmed specifications or installation structure is not a reason for exchange or refund.
