■ The background of this project: Many of you have probably experienced T-shirts that increase and decrease in number each season, or become unwearable as outerwear after just a few washes due to stretched necklines. The journey of Jebren Co., Ltd. began with the question, "Why can't basic T-shirts last a lifetime?" By eliminating distribution markups and maintaining high-end quality from fabric to sewing, we have prepared this Crowdfunding project to create a 'lifetime T-shirt' that will be a reliable part of your daily life and travels at the most reasonable price.
■ This project we are presenting has the following story. 1. 'Aegean Natural Cotton from Türkiye' Recognized Worldwide This Reward uses premium Aegean cotton, which has longer fibers and superior durability compared to regular cotton, as its main material. It offers a natural sheen and a silky soft touch, while minimizing pilling even with frequent wear. 2. 'Special Double Weaving Method' to Prevent Shrinkage and Deformation To perfectly address the drawbacks of twisting or shrinking after washing, we applied a special double weaving technique. By increasing the fabric density, it maintains a firm silhouette without deformation for a long time. 3. 'Neckline Herring Process' to Prevent Stretching We added a premium herring (taping) process to the inside of the neckline, which is most prone to damage, and double-stitched it. This prevents the neckline from stretching even with frequent machine washing, so you can keep your shirt looking new and neat for a long time.
