I have spent 30 years laughing and crying with clothes, working from designer to business division head at major fashion brands (casual, sports, women's wear).

Now, with the 30 years of know-how I have accumulated, I am producing and selling outdoorstreet casual <Everyday Holiday>, women's clothing <Jenifi>, and eco-trendy casual <Baya> from fabric to production and sales at "Buddy Play" shop.

Motivation and Purpose of the Project

This is the work I have done for 30 years, and during my 10 years as head of the business division, I personally traveled to China, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines, handling everything from design to fabric and production. This is what I do best, so not having the opportunity to show you good clothes has been a major concern for me.

After much deliberation, I decided to take on the challenge with Wadiz, believing that I could meet consumers who share my beliefs and values, and that we could all be happy together through BUDDY Co.'s Design, Quality, and Value.

Going forward, Buddy Company Outdoor Street Casual <Everyday Holiday> will grow as a brand that introduces new products through Wadiz.

We will become a brand that grows together with Wadiz supporters by providing valuable products.

Q. How should I wash and care for the product?

A. Please be sure to wash separately, and refrain from using oxygen-based bleach as it may cause discoloration of the product.
    

Q. Is it okay to use a dryer?

A. As this product is made of functional fabric, like all functional materials, it is best to hand wash gently and hang dry in the shade.

Q. Are there any tips for drying without wrinkles?

A. Since this product is made of functional fabric, you can reduce wrinkles by shaking it out after washing and drying it on a hanger.

Q. Is it okay to wash with other clothes?

A. We recommend washing separately. If unavoidable, wash with similar colors. Also, excessive detergent and chlorine or oxygen-based bleach can cause discoloration, so please use a neutral detergent.

Q. Can I exchange the size?

A. Until the Funding ends, you can change the option directly in My Page. After receiving the Reward, exchanges are not possible due to the nature of Crowdfunding. However, if you contact us first and the size you want to exchange is available, we will allow a one-time exchange. Please enclose a round-trip courier fee of 6,000 KRW (12,000 KRW for Jeju Island and remote areas). For inquiries, please use 'Contact the Maker' on this page or the Kakao Channel 'Buddy Company,' and we will do our best to assist you.

Q. How does payment work?

A. Unlike social commerce or open markets, once the project succeeds, the Reward production proceeds after the payment period. When the project succeeds, payments are processed every day at 5 PM (for a total of 2 business days). Payment may fail due to insufficient balance, credit limit, lost/suspended cards, etc. If payment fails, you can change your card in My Page until the final payment date.

Q. After Funding, how can I change the option, shipping address, or card information?

A. You can modify these on the 'Funding History' page until the Funding deadline. If you need to change the shipping address after the Funding deadline due to unavoidable reasons, please contact us through 'Contact the Maker' on the page or via the KakaoTalk channel 'Buddy Company'.

Q. What is the exchange/AS policy?

A. You can cancel your Funding on the 'Funding History' page until the project deadline, but cancellations are not possible after the deadline.

Shipping Information

• Rewards will be shipped via CJ Logistics courier service. Please note that the courier company is closed during its own holidays, all public holidays, and Sundays.
• Items will be shipped in secure courier envelopes or boxes.
• Up to 70 items will be shipped sequentially each day. Depending on the number of Reward Fundings, shipping may be up to one week faster or slower. Shipping updates will be shared through announcements.
• For inquiries regarding Rewards or shipping, please contact us through 'Contact the Maker' on this page or the KakaoTalk channel 'Buddy Company' at http://pf.kakao.com/_jRxmwxb. We will respond as quickly as possible. (Operating hours: Weekdays 10:00~17:00 / Closed on weekends and public holidays)
• Supporters who failed payment can change to another available card on 'My Page' before 4:30 PM on the final payment date.
• For payment-related inquiries, please contact the Wadiz Customer Center. (Inquiries are accepted by Wadiz only until the final payment date.)
• For Jeju Island and remote/mountainous areas, please make sure to enter 3,000 KRW in the 'Add Donation' section when Funding.

Reward Special Notes and A/S Policy

After Funding ends, if there is a defect in the Reward, you can request a refund according to the Wadiz Funding Refund Policy. For detailed policy information, please click the <Refund Policy> tab.

1) Cases that are not considered Reward defects

Due to the nature of the Reward, the following may occur and are not considered defects or faults. Please keep this in mind when Funding.

• Color differences due to monitor resolution and screen settings may appear differently to each individual.
• Minor details such as loose threads or stitching are not grounds for defects or faults.
• Size discrepancies that occur during the manufacturing process may be within 1–2 cm.

2) Reward A/S Policy

This A/S policy does not apply to initial defects that occur within 7 days of receiving the Reward.

• In the case of defects, the warranty period is within 30 days from the date of Reward receipt (for size exchanges, within 7 days from the date of Reward receipt).
• A/S policy: Defects that occur during use, not initial defects after receipt, are not eligible for A/S.
• Cases where A/S is not possible: Even within the warranty period, if repair is impossible due to the user's intentional or negligent actions.

1. If the Reward is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the Supporter (excluding packaging damage for simple confirmation).

2. If the value of the Reward has decreased due to the Supporter's use or consumption.

3. If the value of the Reward has been lost to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time.

4. If the Reward is returned arbitrarily without official inquiry and registration procedures through the Maker.

• A/S application method: If you apply through the contact information below with specific details of the defect, it will be processed after accurate verification.

• Due to the implementation of the Funding refund policy, the Funding refund policy takes precedence for 7 days after receiving the Reward.
• The exchange/A/S policy applies to inquiries regarding exchange/repair due to Reward product defects after 7 days from Reward receipt, excluding the Funding refund period (7 days after Reward receipt). Applications can be made via email < jennyp66@naver.com >.
• Processing will proceed after confirming that the information of the requester for exchange/Funding refund/A/S matches the Supporter information.
• Please be sure to reserve the Funding refund return shipment as freight collect via CJ Logistics courier. (If you use regular courier or other courier companies, additional charges may apply.)
• The round-trip shipping fee for size exchanges is 6,000 KRW (12,000 KRW for Jeju Island and remote/mountainous areas). Please be sure to enclose it with the Funding refund return shipment. (*Bank transfer not accepted)
• Please note again that size exchanges are possible only while limited stock is available. (*Size exchanges are not possible if stock runs out)
• Size exchanges are not possible if there are signs of wear or if the item is damaged (broken/malfunctioned/contaminated/washed/ironed) due to carelessness.
• Exchanges are not possible if the product tag, label, or other accessories (such as strings) are damaged or lost.
• Size and color changes are allowed only once. The value of the product must not be damaged, and the tag must not be removed. You must express your intention to exchange and proceed with the exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt. The Supporter is responsible for shipping costs due to size or color changes.
