We have worked to create a bed that addresses the inconveniences of various beds in the current infant market, such as low beds that require you to bend over dozens of times a day, beds that must be used on the floor, beds that cannot be used for long due to their small size, and beds that are not sturdy and shake easily, so that mothers can maintain their health.
We will always strive to make a bed that is sturdy, long-lasting, and sure to satisfy mothers.

Reason for Funding on Wadiz

We believed that through Wadiz Crowdfunding, we could reach new supporters beyond our existing customers and introduce our products to more people. Through active communication with supporters via Wadiz Funding, we decided to launch on Wadiz to introduce the Monchoulet Reward and provide even better Rewards through diverse feedback.

Funding Usage Plan

First, the funds will be used to produce the Rewards that supporters have funded, ensuring careful and sturdy production so that Rewards can be delivered to supporters on the announced date.
Second, the funds from the Lunacrib baby bed Funding will be used for research and development to improve the product based on supporter feedback. Monchoulet will strive to respond to the interest of new supporters.

Until the project Reward shipping information is registered, Funding can be canceled on the 'Funding History' page, but cancellation is not possible after the deadline. Refunds are subject to Wadiz's refund policy. For product defects, exchanges, or after-sales service inquiries, please contact the maker or the A/S center below, and we will handle it promptly.

- Exchange Policy (Warranty period: 30 days from Funding)

If there is a defect in the product, an exchange is possible. However, issues such as packaging material or scratches are not grounds for a refund.

Within 30 days of receiving the Reward, Wadiz's refund policy takes precedence for initial defects.

Warranty period: Within 30 days after receipt, if a defect occurs during normal use.
Policy: If a defect occurs during normal use, the product will be replaced 1:1.

- Cases not recognized as Reward defects outside of Funding policy

- If the product is arbitrarily disassembled or modified

- If part or all of the Reward is damaged/contaminated/deteriorated due to the Supporter's fault

- If the product is returned arbitrarily without following the exchange request procedure through the Maker

- Warranty period: Within 1 year from the date of receipt, if a defect occurs during normal use

- Policy: Free A/S if a defect occurs during normal use

- Paid A/S

- If part or all of the Reward is damaged/contaminated/deteriorated due to the Supporter's fault

- If the product is arbitrarily disassembled or modified

- If battery operating time decreases due to prolonged use

- If the product is returned arbitrarily without following the exchange request procedure through the Maker
