Pre-order Return and A/S Information
What is the exchange/refund policy for Funding success amount?
Until Reward shipping information is registered, isSupporters can individually cancel from the payment history in My Wadiz. Initial defects and simple change of mind within 30 days after receiving the Reward are eligible for exchange or refund. Also, after the pre-order ends, cancellation or refund of the Funding success amount due to a simple change of mind may incur round-trip shipping costs.
What are the A/S regulations?
1. The after-sales service (AS) period is 3 months after receipt, and regardless of the period, AS due to supporter negligence will incur a fee.
2. Please make sure to submit AS requests to hidenjh2525@nate.com.
3. AS service is provided via courier, and will be processed after depositing the round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW to the designated account.
